•I book 3 months out at a time.
•These are the four booking periods:
January-March, April-June, July-September, October-December.
•I open my books( or begin scheduling people off of a waitlist if there is one) a month prior to each period
(Ex: I would begin scheduling in March for the April-June booking period)
••PRICING••
Your tattoo will fit into (or be broken into sessions fitting into) these 2 options:
#1• Half Day Flat Rate: $600
-This session would be from noon-3:30pm or 4:30pm-8pm
-This includes about 3hrs of tattoo time, stencil time, breaks, set up/break down, etc.
#2 •Full Day Flat Rate: $1200
-This session would be from noon-8pm
-This will include about 6hrs of tattooing, stencil time, breaks, set up/break down, etc.
*Flat Rates are NOT hourly. They are fixed prices for the design you want. If something requires multiple sessions, it will be discussed prior to booking.
••DEPOSITS•• are 25% of the total session cost
-$150 for Half Day
-$300 for Full Day
•All sessions needed for the tattoo need to be scheduled within the current booking period
••Deposits come off of the price of the tattoo.
••Deposits are NOT refundable, unless I cancel your appointments without giving you the option to reschedule, then your deposit/s will be refunded to you.
*Deposits are needed during scheduling and are used to secure your date and my time. If you do not leave a deposit, then an appointment is not guaranteed.
•I will ONLY hold a deposit for 6 months (2 booking periods), after that the deposit is void.
•You are allowed one reschedule per appointment, as long as I am notified 5 or more days prior.
•If it is less than 5 days, I will need a new deposit to reschedule. But both deposits will still come off the price of the tattoo.
•If it is within 72 hrs that I am notified of a reschedule, I will need a new deposit to reschedule, and the deposit already left for the spot is void.
•If it is the second time rescheduling one appointment, I will need a new deposit to reschedule you, but the deposits left will still come off the price of the tattoo.
•If it is the third time rescheduling one appointment, I will need a new deposit to reschedule you, but the deposits already left will be void.
•If you need to reschedule more than 3 times for one appointment, we will need to re-discuss the project and consider us restarting the process at a later date when you feel positive you can make the appointment.
•If you have multiple appointments coming up, and you need to cancel one and I am notified 72 hrs or more prior to the date, I will merge that deposit with your next appointment, so that it may still come off the price. If its not before 72 hrs, the deposit is void.
•If you wish to cancel an appointment, the deposits I required will not be refunded.
••Deposits are NOT refundable, unless I am the one that cancels on you.
*Please remember that deposits are left for my time that I save for you. If you don’t come in, then my time will have been waisted, since I saved it for you. Notifying me ahead of time allows me time to book someone else in that spot.
•If you are 15 min late or less with advance notice (advanced notice means before the time of the appointment that day), you can continue with your appointment, but your appointment unfortunately will not be able to be extended.
•If you are more than 15 min late with advance notice, a $25 late fee is required to continue that day or a reschedule will need to be considered, resulting in loss of deposit.
•If you are more than 30 min late with advanced notice, rescheduling may be required to continue and the deposit left will be lost.
•If you are 15 min late or more without advance notice, that is considered a no show, the deposit left will be void, and rescheduling may not be guaranteed as it depends on the situation/reasoning.
•I usually start drawing a few days before the appointment depending on the design, so if you would like to see the sketch please let me know. •I require a $20 drawing fee to see the sketch before the appointment.
*The sketch will be a rough sketch of the general ideas, not the final line drawing or a fully rendered art piece.
•A $50 drawing fee is needed for every time the design needs to be redrawn.
•The final design will be ready on the day of your appointment and any small changes can be made in person.
•If you want to make a lot of changes then I may need to reschedule the appointment to allow enough time to redraw the design.
*Seeing a completed, fully colored design or fully finished linework is not possible over email/text.
•If you would like to see a fully finished linework or colored design, we can schedule a consult for you to see in person, and a fee will be required for my time, a varying price depending on the complexity of the design.
•It’s important for you to explain all of the elements you are wanting in the tattoo in the request form or during a consult so that I don’t waste any time drawing, and so you don’t have to pay extra drawing fees! *As far as the designing goes, a level of trust is needed for me to create a quality tattoo for you. I expect that you came to me because you like my Art, and whatever I create for you would be my visual representation of your ideas, using my years of experience in tattoo art to make it work as a tattoo and my creativity to make it one of a kind :)
Not all requests are accepted because I have certain styles I stay within that reflect my Art.
I have the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason.
I am an independent tattoo artist that takes on projects I believe fit my skill set and style, with clients I believe I will work well with. This is a collaboration between me and you. You having the idea and me who will be able to bring your idea to life.
A level of trust is needed to be able to achieve this, and I promise to be as transparent, cooperative, and productive as possible to produce a design you will love.
